1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the theGoodspace mobile application (“Application”), operated by Shreyas Krishnamurthy (“Service Provider”) as a commercial service. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of the Service Provider. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
• Attempt to reverse-engineer source code
• Create derivative works based on the Application

4. AI & Third-Party Services

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist with task creation and planning. AI-generated outputs are intended to support, not replace, your judgment. You remain solely responsible for your interpretation of this information.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are managed via the Apple App Store and processed by RevenueCat.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless disabled 24h prior
• Refunds are governed strictly by Apple’s App Store policies

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided “AS IS”. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Application, AI-generated insights, or reliance on third-party data. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
