How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app.
Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account
Is my health data stored?
No. We process your HealthKit data (Sleep, HRV, Heart Rate) transiently to calculate your Energy Score. Raw biometric data is never stored on our servers.
Subscriptions
I upgraded to Pro but features are locked.
If you have an active subscription but don't see Pro features, try restoring your purchase.
Go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions and select theGoodspace.

If you are reporting a crash or technical issue via email, please include the following details to help us fix it faster:
- Your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
- iOS Version (e.g., iOS 18.2)
- App Version (Found in Settings > About)
